A former Bakersfield dance instructor represented by H.A. Sala, pleaded no contest to felony assault and a misdemeanor sex charge which provided for no jail time for the former instructor. H.A. Sala cited concerns about the credibility of the complaining witnesses being questioned by police investigators which weakened the case and led to the reduced charges.
